Writing to me

My name is Liam Gauthier and this is a one-person site, so the address above reaches me directly and nobody else. I read everything. I answer most of it within two or three days, and if a message needs one of the games reinstalled to check something, it takes until the weekend.

The single most valuable thing anyone sends me is a timing that contradicts mine. The advertising cadence in both games is the whole reason this site exists, and it is exactly the kind of thing a studio adjusts in a patch without telling anyone. If you counted a different number of interstitials over ten levels than I did, that is not a complaint, it is data, and I would rather rewrite the section than leave it wrong.

Things I genuinely cannot help with

I have no relationship with either developer and no way to contact them faster than you can. If a game crashes, eats a purchase or loses your progress, the developer's support address is on their Google Play page and it is the only channel with access to your account. Refunds are Google's, through the Play Store. I have never handled a payment of any kind and there is no mechanism here through which one could pass.

The hardware links go to searches on a retailer's site. I do not sell, stock or ship anything, and I have no visibility into an order, so a delivery or a return has to go to the seller.

What I will not do

Take money for a mention, a link or a paragraph. I get a few of those offers a month and I do not reply to them. Nothing on this site is paid placement and there is no affiliate tag on a single link here — not on the store links, not on the retailer ones.

Privacy requests and formal claims

Ask me what I hold from your emails, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, and it is done and confirmed. There is nothing else about you here to ask about; the site collects nothing. Trademark and image claims are handled as set out in the Legal Notice.

I do not publish a street address because the only one I have is my flat. If something must be served on paper, write first and I will give you an address that suits the purpose.
